| Four New Patterns
Having returned to full time designing Lynette Anderson of Lynette Anderson Designs is producing some delightful and refreshing new patterns. Combining the ever popular stitching with traditional appliqué and piecing Lynette’s new patterns are proving themselves a clear winner in the market place.
This week sees the launch of four new patterns each depicting a different season at Hilltop Cottage, the patterns each contain a ready to iron-on transfer sheet for the stitchery. Make a cushion or collect all four patterns and make the mini –wallhanging, instructions for both the cushion and the wallhanging are included in each pattern.
If you are more into quilts, take a look at Pond House, this magnificent bed sized quilt is a ten month block of the month pattern series. Featuring blanket stitch and traditional appliqué combined with everyone’s favourite log cabin blocks.
Lynette tells us the where the inspiration for this quilt came from,
“When I was a child growing up my mum used to take my brother and I to a small village close to where we lived in Dorset, England. Bread in hand we often visited the village pond where we and many other families came to feed the ducks, Pond House as my brother and I called the house that overlooked the pond, it was a house we imagined we might live in one day”
This quilt is destined to be an heirloom for your family to cherish through the generations.
